Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from cencalmotorsport.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days in most cases. If 10 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer MUST pay for shipping the item back.
A lot of items have different return policies and some items are not avaliable for returns, so order at your own risk or reach out cencalmotorsport@gmail.com to ask about the return policy on a certain item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you had received it in. It should also be in the original packaging that you had received it in.
Also to complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or receipt from us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and looked at, we will send you an email or message via phone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refunded item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be returned to its original payment method within a couple days.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be charged on all returned or cancelled items.
The amount of this fee will be taken from your refund. Cen-Cal Motorsports may not impose restocking costs in some circumstances, but this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Structure of Restocking Fees:
20% off any products that are returnable
If your order is accepted for a refund, you, the customer, are responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees. Unless the item received differs from the one ordered.
If we shipped you the wrong item, we will send you a return mailing label and there will be no restocking cost. Requests for refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
We offer route package protection!
What is route package protection? Route Package Protection is a service that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Customers can purchase Route Package Protection at checkout, and can track their orders and file claims using the Route app or online. If you have a product damaged, stolen or lost then route offers you a replacement product or a refund!
We automatically add route to every order so if you decline you will be informed that your package is not covered on damaged, lost or stolen products.

Sale items
Only regular priced items can only be refunded, and not items that were on sale during a purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged when you had got them. If you need to exchange it for the same item you had initially purchased, send us an email
Backordered Items
If your order is backordered, we will tell you via email
Shipping
You will be held responsible to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your items back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Also depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to get to you, may vary.
If you are going to ship an item over $100, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We will not be able to guarantee that we have received your item.
