How long does shipping take?
Orders take 24–48 hours to process. In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days from our Oceanside, CA facility. Made-to-order items like CC Exhausts and CC Forged wheels have production lead times listed on each product page. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Freight items (wheels, exhausts, hoods, trunks) may require additional handling time and ship separately.
What’s the difference between in-stock and made-to-order?
In-stock items are ready to ship from our Oceanside warehouse within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items — like CC Exhausts, CC Forged Beadlock wheels, and select carbon fiber pieces — are built specifically for your order and have production lead times shown on each product page. These timelines vary by product, so check the listing for estimated delivery. Once production is complete, you’ll receive tracking via email.
Will this part fit my BMW?
Every product listing specifies exact compatible models and years. If you’re unsure, send us your year, model, trim, and VIN to support@cencalmotorsport.com and we’ll confirm fitment before you order. Our parts are designed around factory mounting points for a clean, direct bolt-on fit. We also back it with our Fitment Guarantee — if it doesn’t fit with professional installation, we fix it.
Do I need professional installation?
We highly recommend professional installation for all parts. Our Fitment Guarantee only applies when parts are installed by a qualified professional — DIY installs are at your own risk. If you’re local to San Diego, book at our Pro Install Center in Oceanside for same-day installation on in-stock parts. Text 831-586-0006 to schedule.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Unused, uninstalled items may be eligible for return. Custom-fabricated and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee applies to most accepted returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item arrives defective or damaged, email support@cencalmotorsport.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery. We replace items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. For a custom quote on larger items like hoods, trunks, or exhaust systems, contact us with the specific parts and your shipping address. International orders may have longer transit times and are subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Do you offer financing?

What is CenCal Package Protection?
Our Package Protection covers your shipment against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If something goes wrong, We provide a replacement product or full refund. We recommend adding it at checkout — if you decline, your package won’t be covered for any shipping issues.
