CenCal Motorsport sells aftermarket automotive parts, accessories, and performance products for vehicles including but not limited to BMW, Porsche, McLaren, and other makes. Many of our products are designed and intended exclusively for off-road, competition, and race use only.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, installation, and use of any product purchased from our Website. ORDERS

By placing an order on our Website, you are entering into a binding agreement to receive and pay for the product(s) ordered. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information for all orders. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for reasons including but not limited to lead times, buyer's remorse, change of mind, or financial issues. When purchasing from us, you are agreeing to receive delivery of the product(s) you ordered. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

Custom-made, special-order, and back-ordered items cannot be cancelled at any time after the order is placed. In certain cases, we may allow an item switch or offer store credit at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES

We ship orders worldwide. Some orders may be cancelled if we cannot ship to your location, or you may be invoiced for additional shipping costs if required.

  • Processing time (in-stock items): 2–4 business days
  • Delivery time: Typically 1–13 business days depending on destination and carrier
  • Custom or back-ordered items: May have extended lead times (including 50+ days)

By ordering custom, made-to-order, or back-ordered items, you agree to these potential wait times. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays associated with these items. CenCal Motorsport is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages handled through the carrier's claims process, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, subject to approval. All return and exchange requests must be submitted via email to support@cencalmotorsport.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny any request.

Non-returnable items include but are not limited to: custom-made or special-order items, products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence, installed or used products, and items returned outside the 10-day window.

WARRANTY

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. CenCal Motorsport provides a limited warranty on eligible products covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, racing, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

UNCLAIMED LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

By selecting Local Pickup at checkout, you agree to retrieve your order within 365 days (1 calendar year) from the date of purchase.

If your order is not picked up within 365 days, it will be considered abandoned. Once an order is deemed abandoned:

  • Ownership is forfeited, and you waive all rights to the product(s)
  • CenCal Motorsport may discard, destroy, recycle, resell, or otherwise dispose of the unclaimed items at our sole discretion
  • No refunds, credits, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for abandoned orders under any circumstances

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to contact you with reminders prior to forfeiture. The responsibility to pick up your order within the required timeframe rests solely with the customer.

PAYMENTS & BILLING

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors, including Shopify Payments, Clover, and Affirm. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

All prices listed on our Website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CenCal Motorsport to resolve the issue through our established policies (return, exchange, warranty, cancellation, or package protection) is considered a violation of these Terms. Customers who file chargebacks without following the proper resolution procedures may be subject to additional fees, account suspension, and legal action.

OFF-ROAD & EPA DISCLAIMER

Many products sold on our Website are intended for off-road, competition, and race use only. Products do not need to be explicitly labeled as "off-road use only" in the product description for this disclaimer to apply. Customers agree that off-road products will only be used for lawful off-road or race purposes. CenCal Motorsport is not liable for any EPA, emissions, CARB, or regulatory violations resulting from the use of products purchased from our Website.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

CenCal Motorsport offers optional package protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If you do not purchase package protection, CenCal Motorsport is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit after they have been marked as delivered or handed to the carrier.
