2. Eligibility

3. Products & Use Disclaimer

  • We sell aftermarket automotive parts, some of which are intended for off-road use only.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the use of any product purchased.

  • CENCALMOTORSPORT LLC is not responsible for damages, accidents, or legal issues resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unlawful use of our products.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for reasons such as lead times, buyer’s remorse, or financial issues etc. When purchasing from us you are agreeing to receive delivery of the product(s) you ordered.

  • In certain cases, we may allow an item switch or offer store credit at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Lead Times

  • We ship orders worldwide.

  • Some orders may be cancelled if we cannot ship to your location, or you may be invoiced for additional shipping costs if required.

  • Processing time for in-stock items: 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery time: Typically 1–13 days depending on destination.

  • Custom or back-ordered items: May have extended lead times (including 50+ days). Ordering such items means you agree to these potential wait times.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays associated with custom, made-to-order, or back-ordered items.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, subject to approval.

  • All return requests must be submitted via email to support@cencalmotorsport.com.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns are reviewed case by case, and we reserve the right to deny any return.

  • In some cases, we may issue store credit only instead of a refund.

  • Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

    • Custom-made or special-order items

    • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

    • Returns based on buyer’s remorse or financial issues

7. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property
