Book Installs or Arrange Pickup
Booking and parts reservation are by text only. Message 831-586-0006 with your name, chassis, parts list, photos, and preferred days. We’ll confirm time, parts on hand, and any prep notes. Same-day pickup is possible when items are in stock.

How do I update or cancel an order (address, item change, etc.)?
Email support@cencalmotorsport.com with your order number, the change you need, and any photos if helpful. We’ll confirm what’s possible before the order ships.
My order arrived damaged—what do I do?
If you kept Route Package Protection on at checkout (it’s pre-selected and you can deselect it), file a claim with Route using the “Track with Route” link in your email or the Route app/portal.
If you didn’t purchase Route, email support@cencalmotorsport.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the outer box, label, inner packing, and the damage. We’ll review case by case and may assist with a carrier claim, but replacement or refund isn’t guaranteed.
Do you have order tracking?
We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse. We don’t have a separate tracking portal—watch your inbox.
Can you install parts I didn’t buy from you?
Yes. Text 831-586-0006 with your chassis, part numbers, and photos so we can confirm fitment, hardware, and time.
Do you support live chat or Instagram DMs for orders?
