Where is CenCal Motorsport located?
We’re based in Oceanside, California (SoCal). Installs and local pickup are available at the shop.
What’s the processing time after I order?
If items are in-stock they ship in 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items (e.g., some exhausts): lead times are listed on each product page and may extend the timeline. You’ll get tracking once your order ships. If you’re on a deadline, email us before ordering.
How do I contact support?
Email support@cencalmotorsport.com (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm PST). We aim for same-business-day replies. (IG/DMs aren’t monitored for support.)
Do you offer installs or local pickup?
Yes. Book at our Pro Install Center in Oceanside and get same-day pickup on in-stock parts. To schedule, text 831-586-0006.
Do I need professional installation?
Highly recommended. Our Fitment Guarantee applies only with professional installation. DIY installs are at your own risk.
