Official Rules CenCal 335i Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

The sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by CenCal Motorsport, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at [3207 roymar rd ste g oceanside CA 92058].

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on August 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on November 29, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

(a) Purchase Method:
All digital posters get you 1 entry, Key tags get you 3 entries, Air fresheners get you 3 entries, T-Shirts get you 10 entries ,Hoodies gets you 20 entries. These entries will be given from Sponsor during the Promotion Period.

(b) Free Method (No Purchase Necessary):
To receive entries without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, valid email address, and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

Each mail-in entry will receive five 1 entry into the Giveaway (equivalent to a $5 purchase). Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Entrants may submit multiple mail-in entries, each in a separate envelope, up to the same entry limits as the purchase method. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 29, 2025 and received by November 30, 2025.

Equal Treatment of Entries: All entries, regardless of method of entry, have an equal chance of winning. Making a purchase does not increase the odds of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • 2007 BMW 335i (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $3,187).

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes (including federal, state, and local income taxes), title, registration, license fees, insurance, and any other costs associated with claiming or using the vehicle.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor [conducted publicly via livestream on instagram @cencalmotorsport] on or about December 5, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant is considered a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days following the drawing. Winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and a valid IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return the required documents, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner is responsible for providing a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance before taking possession of the vehicle.

8. TAXES

The value of the prize will be reported to the IRS, and winner will receive a Form 1099-MISC for the ARV ($3,187). Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, city, state, and prize details for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate California state or federal court located in Fresno County, California; and (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and shall not include attorneys’ fees or punitive, consequential, or incidental damages.
