Every detail was tested on the dyno and the track with VF Engineering and Titan Motorsports. CSF ran dozens of back-to-back pulls comparing stock and upgraded manifolds under hot conditions. The result is lower inlet temperatures, reduced pressure drop, and improved turbo efficiency while keeping your engine protected from heat soak and limp mode during intense sessions.
Precision Engineered Design
Billet aluminum construction with 100 percent TIG welding for unmatched strength, the manifold uses a motorsports grade bar plate air-to-water core with 12 rows of cooling versus stock 6 rows. Integrated air divider ensures even airflow to all cylinders, and the counterbalanced design optimizes intake path efficiency. CNC machined sensor pad, injector hats, and optional thermal rejection spacer included for peak performance.
Configuration Options
Top feed port injection with included AN-8 fuel rail, pre-plugged individual nitrous or methanol ports, optional CSF thermal rejection spacer, and full hardware kit to support OEM or OEM-style engine covers.
Exhaust Tips & Customization
Custom finishes available through CSF including Thermal Black Heat Dispersion Cerakote. Each manifold is hand-finished and pressure tested before leaving the workshop.
Production & Lead Time
Made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Lead times are 3-4 weeks depending on finish selection. Each unit is tested at 60 to 70 PSI to ensure quality and durability.

This product is intended for off-highway and motorsports use only.
Mild Hybrid Models (48V systems) will require minor modification to the alternator.
Engine cover will not fit if the fuel rail is installed.
Because of how technical and complex this product is to manufacture, improvements and changes to the manifold, hardware, and instructions are to be expected between production runs.

CSF pressure tests each #8200 / #8200B / #8200C manifold at 60-70 PSI for a period of 2-3 minutes during the Quality Control and Inspection process. The CSF manifold is not designed to operate above 60 PSI. Any users who chose to operate their vehicle with the CSF manifold over 60 PSI does so at their own risk. Operation at these pressure levels will void the CSF Limited Lifetime.
