This manifold is the result of over 1,500 hours of R&D with VF Engineering and Custom Plenum Creations. Every curve, runner, and port has been tested on dynos, street drives, and track sessions to maximize airflow, reduce intake air temperatures, and keep your engine running strong under the most demanding conditions. MotoIQ and Titan Motorsports have confirmed the gains, showing noticeable increases in horsepower and torque with lower intake temperatures.

Precision Engineered Design

Made from raw billet aluminum, fully TIG welded for strength, this manifold handles higher boost pressures than the OEM plastic unit. The 12-row bar plate water-to-air core cuts IATs by 30 degrees, while the integrated air divider ensures even airflow to all six cylinders. CNC machined injector hats, vacuum and sensor pads, and a counter-balanced design optimize performance. The manifold also allows easy access to the spin-off oil filter without removal, keeping maintenance simple.

Configuration Options

CSF includes a pre-installed fuel rail for top feed port injection. Individual port injection bungs and 1/8 NPT ports for nitrous or methanol are pre-plugged and ready to use. Optional Thermal Rejection Spacer made from KIYLEX reduces heat soak for extreme motorsports applications.

Exhaust Tips & Customization

While the manifold itself does not include exhaust tips, CSF offers custom finishes to match your setup, including raw billet, Thermal Dispersion Black, and a full range of powder coat and DLC options. Every finish maintains maximum cooling efficiency and durability.

Production & Lead Time

Each manifold is made to order with extreme attention to detail. Expect 3-4 weeks for production depending on finish. Every unit is pressure tested at 60-70 PSI for quality assurance.

This product is intended for off-highway and motorsports use only.

Mild Hybrid Models (48V systems) will require minor modification to the alternator.

Engine cover will not fit if the fuel rail is installed.

Because of how technical and complex this product is to manufacture, improvements and changes to the manifold, hardware, and instructions are to be expected between production runs.

CSF pressure tests each #8200 / #8200B / #8200C manifold at 60-70 PSI for a period of 2-3 minutes during the Quality Control and Inspection process. The CSF manifold is not designed to operate above 60 PSI. Any users who chose to operate their vehicle with the CSF manifold over 60 PSI does so at their own risk. Operation at these pressure levels will void the CSF Limited Lifetime Warranty.
