Precision Engineered Design

Billet aluminum construction, fully TIG welded for unmatched strength. 25 percent larger bar and plate core than the Gen 2 Super Manifold, 15 rows of water cooling for consistent temperature control, integrated air divider to equalize airflow to all cylinders, and KIYLEX thermal rejection spacer to reduce heat transfer. Every detail is made to withstand over 1000 horsepower and repeated track abuse.

Configuration Options

Dual pass or single pass water flow setup, front -16 ORB port for ice-box setups, top feed port injection with included fuel rail, individual 1/8 NPT ports for nitrous or methanol injection, multiple vacuum and sensor ports for parameter monitoring.

Exhaust Tips & Customization

Available in raw billet or Thermal Black Heat Dispersion Cerakote. CSF also offers custom color powder coating and DLC finishes. Thermal dispersion coatings help manage heat and provide a unique look under the hood.

Production & Lead Time

Each manifold is made to order by CSF in collaboration with Custom Plenum Creations. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks depending on finish. Every piece is inspected and packaged with a full hardware kit and installation instructions.

CSF assumes that all users of this specific manifold will be running port injection. Because of this, the (qty. 6) port injection block-off bungs that come with our standard 8200 / 8300 manifolds are not included in this kit. Mild Hybrid Models (48V systems) will require significant modifications to install. This includes an additional 8200S spacer (sold separately), shaving down the humps in the casting on the cylinder head, and shaving down the alternator.
