CSF developed this unit through real world testing and thermal analysis on the S55 platform. Dyno sessions and track abuse helped dial in coolant flow and surface area to maximize heat rejection. The dual pass design routes coolant across the core twice before exiting, lowering outlet temps and improving the overall efficiency of the charge cooling system. Precision Engineered Design

Built around a 2 row 42mm dual core featuring CSF exclusive B tube technology. The ultra efficient multi louvered fin design with 6.5mm fin height increases surface area for improved heat transfer. Dual pass flow structure allows coolant to circulate across the core two times for lower outlet temperatures. CNC machined OEM style quick connect inlet and outlet connections ensure factory level sealing. CNC machined mounting brackets and fittings provide precise alignment and durability. Includes a removable aluminum rock guard for added protection and an all aluminum race style drain plug. Finished with a one hour mirror finish hand polish for a clean silver motorsport look.

Configuration Options

This version comes in a polished silver mirror finish with removable aluminum rock guard. Direct drop in fit that accepts all OEM quick connect hoses, mounting brackets, OEM X brace, and factory air ducting and shrouding. No cutting or modifications required.
