CSF developed this heat exchanger alongside some of the fastest G8X builds in North America. Studio RSR, Art of Attack, Velocity Performance, and Precision Sport Industries put real track hours on the prototypes. Over 100 hours of track testing and thousands of street miles helped refine the core design, tank volume, and airflow characteristics. Data logging in hot summer conditions confirmed reduced heat soak and faster recovery between sessions. This is not theory, it is proven under real abuse.

Precision Engineered Design

Built around a 2 row 42mm ultra high performance core, compared to the OEM single row 35mm unit. The thicker core and larger end tanks increase system volume, helping absorb and dissipate more heat from the liquid to air charge cooling system.

Features 6.5mm tall multi louvered fins paired with CSF exclusive B Tube technology for maximum surface area and improved heat transfer. The all aluminum construction is 100 percent TIG welded for strength and durability, no plastic end tanks and no crimped gaskets.

CNC machined mounting brackets ensure precise fitment. OEM style quick connect inlet and outlet ports make installation simple. The design also improves airflow to the radiator behind it, helping stabilize engine coolant and oil temperatures.

Includes upper and lower black rock guards for full protection above and below the crash bar on manual cars. ZF8 automatic models include an upper rock guard and transmission cooler mounting kit. Direct drop in fit with zero modifications required.
