This manifold was developed over more than a year of CFD modeling, dyno validation, and real world torture testing. Independent dyno sessions at over 40 PSI showed measurable gains from 4500 RPM to redline. Post intercooler temps dropped significantly compared to OEM, with improved efficiency and minimal pressure drop. Eight back to back dyno pulls under high boost showed controlled heat soak and consistent performance. It is not just stronger. It is proven.
Precision Engineered Design
At the core is a custom PWR bar and plate air to water intercooler core with 23.6 percent more volume than stock. Core size measures 152mm x 239mm x 110mm compared to the OEM 142mm x 230mm x 99mm.
Air side fin height measures 2.43mm with 28 fins per inch. Water side fin height measures 2.00mm with 26 fins per inch using a lance off turbulator design to increase surface contact.
Air and water side fin thickness is just 0.08mm, roughly half the thickness of a conventional bar and plate core. Cladding sheets measure 0.3mm thick and require extremely precise TIG welding.
The core is pressure tested to 120 PSI. Each unit is leak tested under water at 80 PSI for five continuous minutes before final inspection.
The manifold itself is CNC machined from billet aluminum and fully TIG welded into a solid one piece design. No gasketed plenum joints. No crimped plastic tanks. The welded construction increases plenum volume and eliminates common OEM failure points.
Integrated features include port injection fuel rail, individual 1 8 inch NPT nitrous or methanol ports on each runner, dual 10 ORB fittings, three port sensor pad, bleeder screw, machined coolant quick connects, oil filter access recess, and full OEM style mounting provisions.
Includes the KIYLEX Thermal Rejection Competition Spacer, rated to withstand temperatures up to 1100 degrees Fahrenheit. Unlike basic phenolic spacers, KIYLEX dissipates heat rather than trapping it, helping reduce manifold heat soak and stabilize intake air temperatures.

Each manifold is built in limited production and hand assembled in the USA. The core construction and precision TIG welding require skilled technicians and strict quality control. Typical lead time is three to four weeks depending on finish selection. Quality and leak testing always come first.
