Throttle response feels sharper. The car pulls harder from the mid range to redline. Intake temps stay controlled even after back to back hits. This manifold was developed through over a year of CFD analysis, dyno validation, and real world torture testing. Independent dyno sessions at over 40 PSI showed gains from 4500 RPM to redline with improved efficiency and controlled pressure drop. Eight consecutive full throttle pulls under extreme load proved its resistance to heat soak. The core is rated to 120 PSI and built to handle boost levels far beyond what most street builds will ever see. This is not theory. It is tested and proven.
Precision Engineered Design
At the heart of the system is a custom PWR bar and plate air to water intercooler core with 23.6 percent more volume than OEM. Core size measures 152mm x 239mm x 110mm compared to the factory 142mm x 230mm x 99mm.
Air side fin height is 2.43mm with 28 fins per inch. Water side fin height is 2.00mm with 26 fins per inch using a lance off turbulator design for maximum surface contact. Both air and water side fins measure just 0.08mm thick. Cladding sheets are 0.3mm thick and require extremely precise TIG welding.
The manifold is CNC machined from billet aluminum and fully TIG welded into a one piece construction. No gasketed plenum joints. No crimped plastic tanks. The welded design increases plenum volume and eliminates common OEM failure points.
Integrated features include a machined AN8 port injection fuel rail, individual 1 8 inch NPT nitrous or methanol ports on each runner, dual 10 ORB fittings, three port sensor pad, integrated bleeder screw, machined coolant quick connects, oil filter access recess, and full OEM style mounting provisions.
The included KIYLEX Thermal Rejection Competition Spacer withstands temperatures up to 1100 degrees Fahrenheit. Unlike traditional phenolic spacers, KIYLEX dissipates heat rather than trapping it, reducing manifold heat soak and stabilizing intake air temperatures.
Finished in Thermal Black Heat Dispersion coating, this version enhances surface heat transfer while delivering a clean, aggressive engine bay look.

Production & Lead Time
Each manifold is built in limited production in the USA and assembled with strict quality control. Every unit is pressure tested under water at 80 PSI and inspected before packaging. Typical lead time is three to four weeks depending on availability. Quality and testing always come first.
