What started as a group of BMW enthusiasts tired of overpriced parts and limited options is now a brand trusted by thousands of owners nationwide.

We designed our own product lines from the ground up and built the production infrastructure to make them happen. No middlemen, no compromises. Just the parts we actually wanted on our own builds.

Now we operate out of Oceanside, California, engineering valved exhaust systems, carbon fiber, forged wheels, front-mount intakes, and more. Everything is designed in-house, tested on real platforms, and stocked locally for fast shipping.

Step inside the creation of our beadlocks. From the initial fit‑session to the CNC carves, then coating and paint, and finally packaged for shipment. This is how our CC Forged collection goes from concept to chassis.

Stage 01

Your build begins

Once your order is placed, your exact specs are locked in. Offsets, bolt patterns, finishes, and engraving details are finalized. Design renders are approved and the CAD drawings go into programming. Your unique build enters the queue. No guesswork — everything from materials to fixtures is prepped for a smooth launch into production.

Stage 02

Forging & Prep

Aluminum blocks are pulled and staged. CNC machines are dialed in. Fixtures for your beadlock setup are lined up. This is where raw material gets prepped to transform - faces, pockets, and logo plates are up next. Every cut starts here, down to the thousandth of an inch.

Stage 03

CNC Precision

Wheel faces are machined with surgical precision. Pockets are cut, beadlock bolt paths are drilled, and your custom logo plate is etched. Each wheel face is crafted to spec on high-torque CNCs. Every pass of the tool sharpens the identity of your set, one spoke at a time.

STAGE 04

Every detail dialed

This is where the look comes to life. Your selected finish — whether it’s matte, gloss, satin, or a custom coat — gets applied. Rings are anodized or painted. Hardware is test-fitted and torqued. Carbon fiber rings (if specced) are installed. CC Forged center caps are locked in.

Stage 05

finishing touches

Each wheel is checked for hub fitment, bolt pattern accuracy, big-brake clearance, and spec conformity. Beadlock rings are checked for torque. Logos are inspected. Nothing ships unless it clears a full visual and mechanical QC. You spec it, we make sure it fits like it should.

Stage 06

Secure & Ship

Foam-wrapped, double-boxed, and chassis-labeled, each set is packaged to survive the trip to your front door. All hardware is bagged and labeled. CenCal Package Protection is available at checkout, and tracking is sent once your wheels leave our hands.
