Built in-house in Southern California, our S58 Single Turbo Kit converts your G8X to a proven, high-flow single turbo layout designed for big power, clean packaging, and reliable heat management. Every manifold, adapter, and hard line is crafted for precise fitment on the S58 while keeping serviceability and future upgrades in mind. Made in the USA.

Lead time: Made to order due to demand. Typical build time ~1 month, and we work to beat it when possible.

What’s Included (Base Kit)

• Stainless tubular T4 single-turbo manifold

• (2) Dump tubes

• Downpipe

• 2-piece charge pipe

• CNC throttle body adapter

• (2) 2.5" silicone boots

• 90° 3" silicone boot

• (3) 1/8" NPT → 1/4" barb fittings

• (3) 1/4" barbed T fittings

• 5 ft 1/4" vacuum line

• 4AN oil drain line, 18" (90° → straight)

• 4AN line with (2) 45° ends

• Exhaust flange gaskets

• Exhaust studs & nuts

• Turbo blanket

• Turbo guard

• Coolant tank relocation hose kit

• Aluminum hard-line oil drain tube

• CNC oil drain fitting to block (10AN)

• Turbo oil drain flange → 1/2" NPT

• 1/2" NPT → 10AN adapter fitting

• Stainless 4AN oil feed line

• 1/8" NPT → 4AN adapter fitting

• CNC oil feed fitting to block (4AN)

• CNC oil drain block-off flange

• CNC oil feed block-off flange

• CNC PCV block-off (external catch can strongly recommended)

Add-On Options

• Turbocharger: Turbosmart/Pulsar or Precision (select at checkout), or choose “Supplying my own turbo” and list the model in order notes

• Wastegates (pair): Turbosmart HyperGate45 45 mm (+$900), or choose “Supplying my own gates”

• Blow-Off Valve: Turbosmart GenV RacePort (+$350), or choose “Supplying my own BOV”
  If you do not select the gate/BOV options, you’ll need to supply compatible components.
