Cancellation Policy

Overview

This cancellation policy applies to orders that have not yet been delivered — including items that are in production or awaiting fulfillment. All cancellation requests are evaluated on a per-order basis, and CenCal Motorsport reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation request at our sole discretion.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to all of our policies and terms of service, including this cancellation policy.

Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations are generally not accepted for the following:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items — including most wheels, most exhaust systems, and other items built to specification or high demand items
  • Items already in production — cancelling an order after production has begun disrupts our production line and order flow
  • Buyer's remorse — we do not accept cancellations simply because a customer changed their mind but are open to store credit/exchanges in some cases

Many of our product descriptions state that the item cannot be cancelled once ordered. However, this does not need to be stated in the product description for us to deny a cancellation — our per-order cancellation policy applies to all orders regardless.

Under certain circumstances — such as a vehicle being damaged, totaled, or sold — we may be more inclined to work with the customer on a resolution. Each situation is evaluated individually so please provide all accurate information.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To request a cancellation, email support@cencalmotorsport.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of why you would like to cancel

Our team will create a ticket for your cancellation request and respond with whether it has been approved or denied.

Cancellation Fee

A standard 20% cancellation fee applies to all accepted cancellations. This fee covers the inconvenience related to inventory allocation, production scheduling, and order processing.

The cancellation fee is subject to adjustment on a per-order basis under certain circumstances — it may be waived or increased depending on the situation.

In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative resolution in lieu of a full cancellation.

Right to Refuse

CenCal Motorsport reserves the right to refuse any and all cancellation requests. When you complete a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to all of our policies and terms of service.

This cancellation policy serves as a binding agreement between CenCal Motorsport and the customer at the time of checkout. In the event of a dispute, chargeback, or claim, this policy may be used as supporting documentation with payment processors, financial institutions, and in small claims court.
