Warranty Policy
Our Commitment
At CenCal Motorsport, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to get it sorted. Our goal is always to make it right.
Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from CenCal Motorsport include a standard 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Defective products
- Products that stop working (e.g., headlights, tail lights, electronic components)
- Items that do not fit correctly upon initial installation
Some items may have extended warranty windows beyond 90 days, as listed in the product description or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Past the 90-day window? We still encourage you to reach out. We stand by our products and will do our best to help, even outside the standard warranty period.
What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Customer-caused damage — damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Improper installation — products must be installed by a professional (see below)
- Normal wear and tear — gradual deterioration from regular use over time
- Products modified after purchase — any alterations or modifications void the warranty
- Improper care or storage — for example, carbon fiber left in improper conditions
- Excessive or abnormal use — for example, exhaust systems subjected to excessive flame tunes or extreme conditions
- Shop damage during installation — damage caused by a third-party installer
Professional Installation Required
Warranty coverage only applies to products that have been installed by a qualified professional. If an issue arises with a product that was not professionally installed, the warranty may be void.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you're experiencing an issue with a product, email support@cencalmotorsport.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem
- Confirmation that the product was professionally installed
Important: We cannot process a warranty claim without photos or videos documenting the issue. Please provide these with your initial email to avoid delays.
Fitment Issues
If a product does not fit correctly upon initial installation:
- Document the issue with photos and videos before proceeding
- Contact us at support@cencalmotorsport.com with your order number and details
- Do not force the installation — reach out to us first so we can troubleshoot together. Many fitment concerns can be resolved with proper guidance, as some products have specific installation requirements.
- Our team will work with you to determine the best solution & help fit the product.
Warranty Resolution
For approved warranty claims, our standard resolution is to replace the defective or non-functioning product. We prefer to get you a working product rather than issue a refund, as you originally purchased the item because you wanted it.
All warranty claims are handled on a per-order basis. In certain situations, we may offer alternative resolutions. We may also request additional information or documentation before approving a warranty claim.
Warranty Transferability
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty claims cannot be filed by anyone other than the person who placed the order.
