CENCAL PACKAGE PROTECTION
Every order placed on cencalmotorsport.com is eligible for CenCal Package Protection, powered by our shipping coverage program designed to give you peace of mind from checkout to delivery. This package protection is powered by Redo (Third party)
Package Protection is selected by default at checkout. When you proceed with the "Protected Checkout" option, a small coverage fee is added to your order, and your shipment is fully protected against damage, loss, and theft in transit.
If you choose to "Checkout Without Shipping Protection", CenCal Motorsport is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and we will not be able to assist with a claim.
We highly recommend keeping Package Protection on your order. We've processed over 200 successful claims with a very high success rate — customers receive a full replacement product quickly and hassle-free.
WHAT IT COVERS
- Lost packages — confirmed lost by the carrier
- Stolen packages — marked as delivered but not received
- Damaged in transit — items that arrive broken, damaged, or unusable
RESOLUTION
For all approved claims, you will receive a full replacement of the product you ordered — shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Damaged items: You receive a brand new replacement AND you get to keep the damaged product
- Lost or stolen items: A replacement is shipped to you
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Filing a claim is fast and easy through our claims portal:
Simply log in with your order details, describe the issue, upload any photos of damage (if applicable), and submit your claim in just a few clicks.
If you need additional help or can't figure out the portal, email support@cencalmotorsport.com and we'll assist you directly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Claims submitted after 7 days may not be covered.
- Package Protection applies to orders shipped within the United States as a guarantee
- International orders are covered on a case-by-case basis but may still be eligible
- If Package Protection is removed at checkout, CenCal Motorsport assumes no liability for shipping issues and cannot file a claim on your behalf
IF YOU DECLINED PACKAGE PROTECTION
If you chose to checkout without shipping protection and your item arrived damaged, was lost, or was stolen, we understand that's a frustrating situation. While we are not liable per our policy, we still encourage you to email support@cencalmotorsport.com — we'll see what we can do. We'd like every customer to have a good experience and we're not trying to leave anyone in a bad spot, but ultimately the responsibility falls on the customer for declining the coverage.

Package Protection covers shipping-related issues only (damage, loss, theft in transit). For other situations, please refer to the appropriate policy:
