The CenCalMotorsport® S58 Single Turbo Kit is engineered, fabricated, and assembled in-house in Southern California using proven materials, proper hardware, and calculated design. No mystery fittings, no half-finished “universal” nonsense — this is a complete, thought-through solution built for serious power and reliability.

What’s Included – Base Kit

Everything you need on the hot side & supporting hardware to convert from twin to single:

• Stainless tubular T4 single-turbo manifold (Schedule 10, 1.25" runners)

• (2) Symmetrical dump tubes

• 3.5" stainless downpipe

• 2-piece charge pipe assembly

• CNC throttle body adapter

• (2) 2.5" silicone boots

• 90° 3" silicone boot

• (3) 1/8" NPT → 1/4" barb fittings

• (3) 1/4" barbed T fittings

• 5 ft 1/4" vacuum line

• 4AN oil drain line, 18" (90° → straight)

• 4AN line with (2) 45° ends

• Exhaust flange gaskets

• Carbon Fiber CC turbo blanket

• Aluminum hard-line oil drain tube

• CNC oil drain fitting to block (10AN)

• Turbo oil drain flange → 1/2" NPT

• CNC oil feed fitting to block (4AN)

Finishes

Turbocharger Options

• We make compatible with any/ every turbo. If you get a turbo from us we will make sure you have the correct downpipe connection & if you are not getting the turbo from us please put the turbo you will use in notes so we give you the correct downpipe connection.

• Choose from dropdown at checkout or select “Supplying my own turbo” and note the exact model in notes that you will use.

• Optional: Powdercoated turbo housings and T51R mod available for that signature sound and look. If you select powdercoated housing please note the color in notes and add a picture of the color you want in file upload.

Wastegates

• Pair of Turbosmart HyperGate GEN V 45mm external wastegates available as an add-on

• Or select “Supplying my own gates” if you already have trusted gates.

Blow-Off Valve

• Turbosmart GenV RacePort available as an add-on

• Or select “Supplying my own BOV”

• If you do not select gates/BOV, you must supply compatible components to match the kit configuration.
  

Oil Catch Can (Add-On)

• Optional CenCal oil catch can kit (+$499)

• Strongly recommended with the included PCV block-off for crankcase control on high-boost setups.

Intake Manifold Upgrade (Add-On)

• Optional cast or billet manifold with built-in port injection provisions (injectors not included).

• Replaces the failure-prone OEM plastic manifold and future-proofs your fueling solution (PI/DI capable).

Important Note: This item is not able to be cancelled after purchase for any reason due to these kits being made to order & at a very high demand. Purchasing this product results in agreement that you can not cancel this order. Additionally we do not accept any returns on this items for the same reasons.

Installation, Tuning & Use

• Professional installation is required.
  This setup interfaces with exhaust, subframe, fluids, PCV, and supporting systems.

• ECU calibration/tuning is mandatory for safe operation and to realize the kit’s potential.

• External catch can strongly recommended with our included PCV block-off.

• Designed for off-road/competition use only.
